My parents marketed the Edinburgh flat I live in with K Allan Properties. It sold in under a week with an offer on the table on day 1. All the viewings were arranged to suite me. Karen is the hardest working estate agent you will find. She is available on the phone or by email all day, 7 days a week and strives to give her clients a stress free experience.

From start to finish Karen put our needs first.She was there anytime of day to answer emails and often would phone just to check in while our house was on the market to let us know how she was planning to promote its listing.No question seemed silly and she made the whole process as stressfree as possible. We had a bit of urgency selling our house and Karen had the listing up the same day she came and took pictues. She does not hang about!
